Handyman / Maintenance Tech

Multi-trade maintenance across our managed residential portfolio. You'll join an established team and take ownership of day-to-day operations while collaborating with senior leaders.

• Manage daily operations and drive process improvements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Track KPIs, report on performance and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
